Question:  Oriental poppies are very popular but they would sell better if they would rebloom. Is anyone working on developing reblooming Oriental Poppies Papaver orientalis?

Not as far as we know. The main issue being that Oriental Poppies tend to enter a period of dormancy after they bloom which makes re-blooming somewhat difficult.
